The social aspect is at the heart of the Union, and we run a variety of social events throughout the year. After our weekly workshops we head to a local pub, which is a great way to get to know other students and make new friends.

Annual events include the Freshers Bullshit Debate, Halloween Party, Refreshers Coffee, Christmas Dinner, Ceilidh, and Goodbye Gala.

This year we will be hosting our socials in person, with a variety of events offered. In 2025/26 our Socials Secretary Dani Lopez has an exciting calendar planned, so be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and keep an eye on our socials to receive more updates.
